Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this. In these instances, Royal Mail will let you know that your order has been lost by putting a note through your letterbox or by sending an empty parcel through. If this happens to you please get in touch with us and send over any 'evidence' you have received from them so we can start an investigation on your behalf immediately. Of course, we will resend any lost orders, so please submit a request using the button on the top right of this screen if you are affected by this issue.
*December 2022 update*
We wanted to advise that there will be Royal Mail Strike action going on over the next month that may affect your shipments. Some tracking updates may suggest that they are waiting for your parcel however if we have provided a tracking number please note we have dispatched the order and it is now in Royal Mail's hands.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of purchase Monday to Thursday. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, these orders will be processed on the Monday.
We appreciate this is extremely inconvenient but at the same time this is totally out of our hands. We thank you for your patience in advance.
