You won't be able to redeem your gift subscription while you have an active subscription. You will have to wait for your subscription to expire before redeeming.
If you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current monthly billing cycle, even if the full 12 months haven’t been used. The subscription won’t renew after that, and you won’t be charged.
If you registered your account on the website:
Please head to www.sortedfood.com > My account and click the cancel my membership button and follow the instructions. If you are having any issues with this route, please head to My account > My Profile > Subscriptions > View > Cancel in order for the cancellation to be effective. It is best to perform the cancellation on a desktop rather than mobile.
If you registered your account on the Google Play store:
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu
Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
If you registered your account on the App store
Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
