When does the course start?
Your course start date is listed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Access is available from the course start date, not all units are available immediately. Units will become unlocked every Friday and will be available week-by-week as your class works through the course.
Do I need to complete sessions at specific times?
Your course will cover one unit a week, however, once the unit is unlocked on a Friday you can complete the course at your own pace. As this is not an in-person course, you can access it from anywhere in the world! Better yet, with access for 6 months after purchase, you can revisit the course and practice the recipes whenever and wherever you wish!
Will I get a list of all the cooking equipment I’ll need for the course ahead of time?
A full equipment list is available above for you, but we will also send this to you in an email before the course starts. Make sure to keep an eye on your emails (including your spam folder) for this!
Can I complete the course on a tablet/iPad?
The course can be accessed on any device using a web browser including tablets/iPads. For the best experience, we recommend a desktop or tablet.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time within 24 hours of the course start date, however, once the course has started we will not be able to issue full or partial refunds.
What age is the course suitable for?
Attendees will need either be 18 or older, or be 13 or older and have a parent or guardian’s consent.
What happens if I miss a week?
You will have access to your course for a total of 6 months from your start date, but you might miss out on real-time class interactions. If you’re happy to delay your start, you’ll have lots of time to catch up at a later date.
How much contact do I get with the Food Team?
The Food Team will kick off the weekly challenge with a message in the Class Discussion on Fridays between 9am - 12pm (GMT). After this point, the top 3 questions from your class will be answered during the following week.
When do I get to meet my course classmates?
You’ll gain access to the Steppit app once you have paid for your course. Your class group discussion will be live shortly before the course start date and you can start chatting from then!
How do I talk to my classmates?
Head to My Classes> Click your course> My Class> Class discussions> and chat away!
How do I post a picture of my finished dish to the class feed?
Head to My Classes> Click your course> My Class> Posts> Create a new post... upload and hit post!
Where do I ask cooking course-related questions?
Head to My Classes> Click your course> My Class> Class discussions> and ask any cooking-related questions
