A: Upon purchase you should have received an email with all the details required to login and watch the show. Please check your Spam folders.

Q: I originally bought tickets for the Live Shows, do I need to re-purchase them to watch On-Demand?
A: Absolutely not - if you bought tickets for the original Live Show, you should have received an email with the details required to login and watch the show again.
You will not be able to watch Live Shows you didn't already have tickets for.

Q: Can I buy just one day of a Live Show?
A: No - you can only purchase the full weekend tickets.
Q: Do I need any apps/downloads to watch the Live Show?
A: No, you will only need to open the link sent to you - no apps or downloads are needed. You can open your private link in any browser. Links will not appear in Google Search results.
Q: How long will I be able to watch the Live Show for?
A: You can watch, re-watch and cook-along for at least 12 months from the date of your purchase!
Q: Are the On-Demand purchases refundable?
A: As a digital product, unfortunately we can't offer a refund on any purchases.
