Q: I can’t find the Access Information To Sorted LIVE, what should I do?
- Go to your email.
- Search for emails from “noreply@order.eventbrite.com.”
- Open the email associated with your event.
-Visit the event page and click Access the event.
-Log into Eventbrite and go to Tickets. Find your order and click Go to online event page.Here you will find your Access information for the event purchased, alongside a link to download your Digital programme which contains the access information again and ingredients for the cook-a-long and lots more exciting things!Any issues please do let us know!

Q: I can’t find the Digital Programme including the cook-a-long information for Sorted LIVE what should I do?
Access to the Digital programme is sent 7 days before the event, so keep an eye out in your inbox and junk/spam folders. You can also login to the Eventbrite site and the link to your Digital Programme will appear (follows steps above) 7 days before the event. Q: Will you have polls running during the Livestream?
A: Yes! This will be an interactive event and we would love for you to get involved so will be sharing polls with you throughout the performance.
Q: Do I need any apps/downloads to watch the Livestream?
A: No, you will only need to open the link sent to you - no apps or downloads are needed. You can open your private link in any browser. Links will not appear in Google Search results.
Q: I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t watch the Livestream, can I get a refund?
A: As per our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind or can’t join the Livestream broadcast as you will have received access information- however, the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ until 31st July 2024.

Q: Can I purchase tickets after the event has finished?
A: Yes you can these will be released after each event has finished and we will let you know the links!
Q: Can I cast The stream to my television?
A: We are hosting the links on an unlisted Youtube video that will be embedded on a hidden page on our website. Access information is sent out with your order confirmation - but in a nutshell, if you can cast a website landing page to your Television using any kind of device you should have no issues watching!
Q: Can I re-watch the Live show after it’s taken place?
A: Yes - the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ using the links provided until Monday 8th January 2024 using your information sent from us via email prior to the event so you can catch up when you’re able to!
Q: I already have a ticket for one day pass, can I upgrade to a Weekend Pass?
A: In this scenario, please drop an email to hello@sortedfood.com who will be able to assist you
Q: I'm having issues watching via mobile, what should I do?
A: You will have received mobile access information in your "on the day" emails please refer to these, any issues please contact hello@sortedfood.com to resolve this for you.
Q: I can't watch live but would like to buy an on-demand ticket where can I purchase one?
A: On-demand tickets will be released from Sunday 30th June 2024 and we will share links of this on our social media accounts and via our email mailing list. However, these will be the same price as the original tickets, so feel free to purchase them now and you’ll receive on-demand access for free!
Q: The livestream has gone down, what should I do?
A: If this happens, we're terribly sorry! We will be in touch via Eventbrite to resend a new link to you as soon as we can!
