Q: I can’t find my confirmation email or access the Livestream but I have a ticket. What should I do?
A: Your email confirmation will have been sent straight after your purchase, so please do check your junk and spam folders in case your email confirmation has slipped in there! Your ticket information will be sent through no later than 7 days before the event, so keep an eye out in your inbox and junk/spam folders. If you need any further assistance, please email support@sortedfood.com.
Q: How do I access the Livestream once I have bought a ticket?
A: The link to the live performance will be live 24 hours prior to the event’s start time and you will receive this via another email - if you have not received this email within 24 hours of your performance starting please email support@sortedfood.com.
Q: How do I make suggestions during the Livestream?
A: We are working on improvements to the commenting system based off feedback from the last event. We’ll provide updates on how this will work soon.
Q: Will you have polls running during the Livestream?
A: Yes! This will be an interactive event and we would love for you to get involved so will be sharing polls with you throughout the performance.
Q: Do I need any apps/downloads to watch the Livestream?
A: No, you will only need to open the link sent to you - no apps or downloads are needed. You can open your private link in any browser. Links will not appear in Google Search results.
Q: Can I change my ticket to a different time?
A: Unfortunately not, so please be sure to check pre-purchase that you have the right event selected.
Q: I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t watch the Livestream, can I get a refund?
As per our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind or can’t join the Livestream broadcast - however, the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ from Sunday 22nd May until Monday 21st June 2022.

Q: Will we get to meet Janice?
Janice will be running the entire day of Live Shows, so will be very busy… But we’re sure we’ll hear from her at some point!
Q: Can I re-watch the Live show after it’s taken place?
A: Yes - the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ from Sunday 22nd May until Monday 21st June 2022 using your original login details, so you can catch up when you’re able to!
Q: I already have a ticket for one/two shows, can I upgrade to a Full Day Pass?
A: In this scenario, please drop an email to support@sortedfood.com who will be able to assist you.
