Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this. In these instances Royal Mail will let you know that your order has been lost by putting a note through your letterbox or by sending an empty parcel through. If this happens to you please get in touch with us and send over any 'evidence' you have received from them so we can start an investigation on your behalf immediately. Of course, we will resend any lost orders, so please submit a request using the button on the top right of this screen if you are affected by this issue.
